Asia's New Travel destination : Saigon - Vietnam

Last month i have visited HCMC and found this place quite interesting.

Ho Chi Minh City formerly named Saigon is the largest city in Vietnam.

The best part is that this country support Visa on arrival facility, So you can make your plan on sudden basis too.

Visa Process : Although this place support Visa on arrival but traveler still need "Visa Approval Letter" Which is give by Vietnam Immigration department.

It takes generally two days time to get the approval letter and you can fly to Vietnam.

On Airport you just need to Stamp your passport by paying $45 for single entry. (Please check Website for accurate info)

Food : It is place for non veg food lover as it provide different type of non veg food there.

Atmosphere : It seems like India with more crowd. ;) ..Lot of two Wheeler 

Flight : There is no direct flight to HCMC but you can get connected flight easily.

Travelling Trip : 1) You need to carry US Dollars as VND is not easily available in India.Which you can convert on Airport or Hotels.

2) Always Prefer Vinasun Taxi which is available easily and quite good.

3) District 1 is nice place to stay.

Independence Palace also known as Reunification Palace built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, is a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It was designed by architect Ngô Viết Thụ and was the home and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War.

Places to visit there : War Remnants Museum , Cu Chi Tunnels, Saigon Opera House (Ho Chi Minh Municipal Theater)
